A Horrible Infection
I developed a really bad staphylococcus infection from an injection site, and I ignored it for an entire month. I’d had a fever of over 100 degrees for several weeks, and there were also the fever hallucinations. It wasn’t until my muscles were showing that my friend dragged me to the hospital. I passed out but I remember floating above the Emergency Room, looking down at the surgeons and my dead body. I then went to a reddish-pink comforting place. I woke up the next day, with a giant hole in my arm attached to a wound vac.
