Mad at the Paramedic
The head of my program told me this story. She was in a horrible car accident and was dead for a couple of minutes, while paramedics worked on trying to keep her alive. She was alone and completely surrounded by black, but she wasn’t scared as a wave of comfort washed over her. She said she was angry when the paramedics brought her back because she wanted to stay there. She said she’s looking forward to when it’s her real turn.
