I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream laws that are so wacky we can’t even imagine a person who undoubtedly did the thing that’s outlawed that required the law to be passed in the first place. What we’re trying to say is, in Alabama, it’s against the law to stash an ice cream cone in your back pocket. We’ve heard of brain freeze… but butt freeze?
