Don’t mess with Texas. Especially their children’s hairstyles. If you’re a boy in the Lone Star State, you’re not allowed to have an “unusual haircut”. Horses are regulated too, as it’s illegal to ride one without affixing tail lights. We assume they don’t mean on the tail.
