8. Shark Boy
Shark Boy rose to fame as part of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in the 1990s, right when silly characters were extremely popular. Of course, a man with a shark mask got a lot of attention, and he quickly became a fan favorite. He also opened a wrestling school named The Shark Tank. However, after several years, Shark Boy decided to move farther and farther away from the spotlight and focus on side projects more and more. He teased a comeback in 2015, but it never happened. Fans at least got to see his face and learn that his real name is Dean Matthew Roll.
