We must admit that the representation is spot-on and that look will haunt us for a while. While legends say that he sung a Greek epic while Rome burned in 64 A.D., it hasn’t been proved, since he usually targeted Christians and not his own people. Nonetheless, he did kill many people from his inner circle until Roman provinces decided to execute him. Before that he declared “What an artist dies in me!” and took his own life.
