Charles Edmund Cullen
Also known as “The Angel of Death,” Charles Edmund Cullen was scarier than Satan. He murdered 40 elderly New Jersey patients between 1984 and 2003. He claimed he poisoned them with medication because he wanted to relieve their suffering.
