Kenneth Bianchi
Bianchi once applied to the LAPD, probably in an attempt to cover up the crimes he and his serial killer buddy, Angel Buono, committed between 1977 to 1979. Dubbed the Hillside Stranglers, they raped and killed as many as 10 women. Buono died of a heart attack, and Bianchi got life without parole.
