Charles Ng
Ng created a false identity to trick the U.S. Marine Corp. into letting him apply. Once inside, he stole weapons from the Air Station Kaneohe armory. The prolific murderer later raped, tortured and killed 11 to 25 people connected to a sex slavery ring between 1984 and 1985 in California.
