Carl Panzram
Between 1915 and 1929, Panzram had burglarized, sodomized and killed a thousand boys and men in states like Kansas, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Oregon. He was also charged with being an arsonist, but that’s nothing compared to what he’d put his victims through.
