Just like a plot straight out of a Hollywood blockbuster heist movie, officers suspected that someone had hatched an extremely elaborate plan to burrow underground and break into the bank on the opposite side of the road. But, thanks to a constant Florida drizzle, their plans were foiled when their secret tunnel suffered from multiple cave-ins.
