Gathering All The Clues
The group of police gather round and start to express their suspicions. It may have taken a while but finally, they were getting answers. Taking into account all the clues — the cords, location of holes, and the obvious attempt to disguise their tracks — the cops were convinced this was the entrance to a tunnel. It was time to tell the FBI.
