Khloé Kardashian is best known as a member of the Kardashian family and from their own reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She had her own spin-offs later titled Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami and Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons. Khloé also hosted The X Factor, The Celebrity Apprentice, and starred on Khloé & Lamar with her then-husband Lamar Odom. She lost a noticeable amount of weight in recent years and spoke about her diet plan publically, saying she focused on fruit and veggie intake, healthy fats, and natural foods with as little processing as possible. Khloé’s biggest and fastest drop was 11 lbs in six weeks!
