Seth Rogen is a Canadian-American stand-up comedian, actor, director, producer, and writer. He began performing stand-up as a teenager in Vancouver, while his first role came when he was cast on Freaks and Geeks. He was a writer for Da Ali G Show and his debut movie role was on Donnie Darko. He is credited for numerous works in his now 20-year-long career, while he will also voice Pumbaa on The Lion King in 2019. Seth worked with Harley Pasternak, who developed a good workout schedule many celebrities have used. Seth went from 220 lbs to 190 in just ten weeks.
