Queen Latifah – 30 Lbs – Yoga, Diet & Hitting the Gym At Least Five Times A Week

Queen Latifah had been accepting of her body, however, the actress had to make some changes to her diet for her health. Aside from the heavy work, she also started to become overweight which posed a lot of risks. Queen Latifah managed to drop 30 pounds with the help of personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins who incorporated yoga and vegetable diet in her daily life while she hit the gym five times a week. She’s also been doing different forms of exercises like boogie-boarding, biking, and jogging to keep her regimen interesting.
