Angela and her husband Willie Gillis decided to do something about their weight after getting scared of dying at an early age. Both of them grew up loving sports, however, eating at fast food outlets and drinking soda became the norm for the couple. They didn’t hire any trainer to shed unwanted pounds though; instead, they just replaced fast food with home-cooked meals and started using the treadmill. They also joined a running group in their hometown, making Angela lose 200 pounds and 300 for Willie. Now, Angela works as a cycling instructor at the gym.
