White Jade
Although many people think jade is green, there are actually many colors of jade. White jade comes in two varieties; nephrite and jadeite. Jadeite is more is expensive than Nephrite, which is actually quite affordable.
Jade is a very tough stone but it’s also relatively soft, which makes it a great stone for carvings, engravings, and sculptures. Jade is often valued more than gold, but white jade varies from piece to piece.
