17. The Cocktail Supreme, Jackass 3D (2010)
While Jackass movies aren’t exactly known for the safety of their stunts, there is one that surely crossed the line of what’s is considered “monitored enviroment”. Jackass director decided to shoot a scene where Steve-O strapped himself in a chemical toilet that was shot in the air by 2 cranes much like a reverse bungee jumping… Typical unsafe Jackass stunts.
