Gyms

Due to the focus on healthy living and healthy foods which has become a staple of the millennial mindset, it might come as a surprise that something else that is vanishing is gyms. While there are still many traditional gyms around, millennials are opting for other alternatives.
That doesn’t mean that millennials don’t go to gyms anymore, they are merely opting for more specialized or boutique gyms that focus on a specific kind of workout. These include things like CrossFit, Pilates, Kickboxing, or any other specialized workout. This means that they can focus on the kind of workout they enjoy after weighing all their options.
