Weddings and Diamonds

In the 1980’s roughly two-thirds of 25-34 year olds were married. Today, more than half of that same age group is still single. More and more millennials are deciding to stay single. This fact, however, has some interesting ramifications.
This decline in the marriage rates has also affected other areas. One such area is the sale of diamonds. This is not only due to the decrease in marriages, but also because those who are tying the knot are deciding to find more unique, and cheaper, options for their engagement rings.
