There are a lot of food companies in the US that use peanut oil but did you know that Chick-fil-A alone is the largest US buyer of the stuff?
Chick-fil-A fries all of its chicken in peanut oil as it gives it the crispiest skin. Apparently, it’s also better for the body than other oils as it’s free from trans fats and cholesterol. We can see why they love it!
