Have you ever noticed that Chick-fil-A employees never seem to say “you’re welcome”, but instead reply with “my pleasure”?
As the story goes, Truett Cathy was staying at a swanky hotel when one of its employees replied to his “thank you” with “my pleasure”. The response had such an impact on him that he demanded his employees use the joyful phrase.
