Emilee Perry struggled with social anxiety, and sometimes it would get quite bad. She often said no to invitations to parties or birthday events because she feared the worst-case scenario and that others would judge her. Going to school was also difficult for Emilee, as she thought people were making fun of her or talking about her behind her back. She felt judged by people at school, work, stores, pretty much everywhere she went.
