13. Marseille
Marseille won the title of being the “European Capital of Culture” in 2013 and 2017. The city is stunningly beautiful, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that tourists get to have a great time here. The problem with Marseille is that the residents don’t like it when their city is invaded by tourists and they are quite unwelcoming. You will never believe what’s next on our list!
