WWF stated that they try to keep these animals alive by “reducing deforestation and loss of habitat caused by illegal logging. They also explain that their mission is to raise “awareness of habitat loss and the effects of hunting, promoting and managing protected areas, [and] reducing illegal hunting through programmes.”
