In the past decade, we’ve learned that our galaxy contains a huge number of worlds that are potentially habitable. For instance, according to NASA’s records and surveys from the Kepler space telescope, there are around 200 billion stars that harbor a planet like Earth in the perfect distance from its star so that it lets liquid water exist on the surface.
