Phoenix Commotion Homes
Phoenix Commotion is a building initiative founded by Dan Phillips which focuses on building eco-friendly homes out of salvaged materials. Phoenix Commotion also trains unskilled workers on their worksites to provide job opportunities for unemployed people. They can then provide low-income housing based on the costs saved on labor and materials.
