Casa Oruga (Caterpillar House)
Using 12 recycled shipping containers, Sebastián Irarrázaval created the Caterpillar House as a sustainable living space. The house uses a passive cooling system which takes cold air coming down from the Andes Mountains to eliminate the need for air conditioning. The best part of this modern living space is definitely the view and its huge windows to look out from.
