The Legend of the Boogeyman
Who would have thought that urban legends that are based on real life included the boogeyman? In the late 1800s/early 1900s, Albert Fish kidnapped young boys and did horrendous things to them. He went as far as to eat his victims. He claimed: “I never ate any roast turkey that tasted half as good.” Fish was executed on January 16, 1936, but the legend remained.
