The Dog Boy
This urban legend was based in Arkansas and involved a dog-like man roaming around the town of Quitman. In reality, a boy called Gerald Bettis was born in 1954 spawned this legend. He was cruel AF to the stray animals he used to experiment on. His father died under suspicious circumstances in 1981. Bettis went to prison for imprisoning his mother. Seems like some people are just born evil.
