The Legend Of Cropsey
Cropsey was supposed to be a Staten Island boogeyman who allegedly haunted Willowbrook State School. Andre Rand was a janitor at an institution for disabled children. He continued to live there even after the school was shut down. Finally, Rand was caught and eventually convicted of abducting and killing two children. And guess what? He’s scheduled to be released in 2037.
