The Kidnapped Boys
The way people came to join the circus, however, wasn’t always above-board. Two albino African-American brothers, Eko and Ike, were kidnapped for the circus. To try to prevent the boys from running away to return home, they were told their mother was dead. Years later, the circus returned to their hometown and they discovered she was still alive. She fought for years to get the boys proper back pay.
