There’s a Chicken Breast Dessert in Turkey
In some countries, chicken breasts aren’t only used for making Caesar salads and meatballs. People in Turkey make a dessert out of them – tavuk göğsü. It’s made of cinnamon, milk, sugar, rice, and chopped chicken breasts. This dessert is a signature dish of Turkey and was previously served to Ottoman sultans in the Topkapı Palace.
