In North America, The Waiters Are Partially Paid By Customers

In Canada and the US, most waiters and waitresses expect a tip from a customer. While tipping is common in many countries around the world, in North America, it’s a must! Their wages depend on the tip, that’s why it’s necessary to tip them at least 15-20%. Anything less than 15% is considered rude. The employers believe they shouldn’t pay their employees the standard minimum wage as they receive tips from the customers, which is not exactly fair.
