Speaking Out
The neighbors noticed that Miss Kitty had been acting oddly. She was seen walking back and forth between certain spots, over and over. It clearly looked as if she was up to something. They knew they had to tell her owners about her behavior, then they saw her carrying something in her mouth and they knew they had to act.
