The buses that form Ark Two are buried fourteen feet below ground. When he bought the buses, Bruce paid $300 per bus. This means that just the buses alone have cost him $12, 600. This doesn’t include the rest of the structure or the provisions. As expensive as it is, Bruce doesn’t feel it is unreasonable and has spent the past 35 years preparing the bunker for an emergency.
