Today we are going to talk about a story that has shocked the entire internet. A story that gave a new direction to an entire family out of nowhere. It all started when Tina and her husband decided to go for a hike. Usually, when you think of hiking you don’t expect something crazy to happen. A cardiac arrest. Even before starting their trip, Tina collapsed, unable to breathe and slowly turning purple. All of these are common symptoms when someone is having a heart attack. But Tina at that moment had no time to warn her husband, so he had no idea what was happening. Under most circumstances, she would have died but there is one thing that saved her life.
CPR
Her husband Brian, was familiar with the CPR technique. CPR is short for Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It’s a technique that by pressuring a person’s chest and blowing air into their mouth, you can prevent them (temporarily) from getting brain damage due to the lack of oxygen and help their heart to start beating again. You might think that this was enough but you will be surprised by what happened next.
Priorities
First, he took the cellphone out of his pocket and dialed 911. There was no time to lose, but he knew that there is no way his wife would survive unless she went to the hospital. Putting a priority on the call, he informed the person on the phone of the situation, desperately calling for help. The call lasted just a few seconds, but to Brian, it seemed like an eternity. He hung up and turned to his wife.
The First Try
In a state of confusion, he started doing CPR. He went at it for a few minutes, effectively resuscitating his wife twice, but every time her heart started beating, it would stop again, with Tina, fading in and out of consciousness every single time. The Paramedics Get To Work
They got to Tina and immediately started using the defibrillator. In combination with that, they put a tube in her mouth, so they can manually pump oxygen into her lungs to keep them working. This was the best thing they could do, and it seemed to be working. Her heart started beating again. They started taking her to the hospital. And then it happened again.

She lost consciousness again. The paramedics managed to resuscitate her 4 more times while going to the hospital, but, as it happened before, Tina’s hearted stopped a few seconds after. The main problem was that a person that had no oxygen delivered through red blood cells in the brain for more than 20 minutes, is believed to sustain irreversible brain damage. Even if she survived, the odds of her having a normal life were slim. The paramedics knew that, that’s why they tried so desperately to resuscitate her, until the impossible happened.
Finally She's Back
She regained her consciousness and her heart started breathing again. The paramedics and her husband were all on high alert since they were afraid that she would collapse again. They couldn’t believe that this time she was there to stay. Tina still had the tube in her mouth when she opened her eyes and started choking and making hand gestures to her husband.

Brian was afraid that she was having a panic attack, and that her gestures were just reflex to the tube in her mouth, and her being in a state of delirium. He couldn’t have been more wrong. He would soon realize what was happening and what his wife was trying to say.

Brian returned with a notebook and a pen. He handed them to his wife, in a state of confusion and curiosity.

His wife started writing in the notebook. As it is normal, she was in no state to write correctly. She was still very weak from the incident and it wasn’t still clear if she had sustained any brain damage for the lack of oxygen in her brain. Nevertheless, she tried her hardest to write down something, that to her was incredibly important. After a few strokes of the pen, she handed the notebook to her husband, who was about to get the surprise of his lifetime.
What Could The Text Be?
He took the notebook to his hands and looked down at the thing she had written. In the beginning, it looked like just some random scribbles. The panicked state he was in didn’t allow him at first to understand what was written on the notepad. But after a few seconds, he saw it.
The Message
On the notepad was written: “it’s real”. What could this mean? He was as shocked as everyone around the room. She was asked, “what is real” with everyone in the hospital room being in a complete state of shock. The answer that she gave was the most unexpected one.
Visions Of Paradise
She told them that Heaven was real. In the 27 minutes that she was practically dead, she had a vision. She was in Heaven. She understood that since she looked around and there were vibrant colors everywhere. She thought she was alone, but then she saw a figure.
