Low Expectations
Since the sisters had already been in real estate for three years, they knew Toronto quite well. They bought and sold properties in the well-known neighborhoods in the city.
The duo occasionally lucked out and snagged a property that needed minimal work and basically sold itself without much help from them. They had not found out yet if this was the case with Joyce’s home, but they were not very hopeful.
