The home was gorgeous, but the backyard was unfortunately not and clearly saw some neglect. Although the owners installed AstroTurf at some point, it was the only effort in landscaping that could be seen. In spite of the lackluster backyard, Gladys and Carla knew this place could still fetch a great price.
They just had to get some inspectors there to check for any hidden flaws and damages which needed fixing before the house could be sold.
