A house may look pretty good but have severe problems that are hidden from our eyes. Maybe there was an issue with the foundation or there was mold in the walls.
These kinds of things mean a big price drop, but Gladys and Clara were pretty confident this property was perfectly fine. In spite of how confident they were, something unexpected might still turn up. When inspectors came to do their work, everybody involved in the situation got a big surprise.
