ohn set up a page on GoFundMe to help him bring the shelter back to life. He explained, “Hi, I’m John and I need some help restoring a vintage Fallout Shelter that I have uncovered in my backyard.”
The interior was in good shape, so he planned on rebuilding the shelter’s upper entryway with concrete first to secure it and then moved on to fixing the inside. He also wanted to change the staircase.
