Doink, the Clown, was the stage name of the popular wrestler, Matt Osborne, who debuted in 1992 with the WWF. His first appearance saw him showing up as a clown, and for the rest of his career, he maintained that look.
His father, Tony Borne, also did wrestling and was successful in his journey. However, Matt died in 2013 from what was said to be a drug overdose while he suffered from a heart condition. After his death, a lot of wrestlers emulated his clown look style in memory of his contribution to the sport.
