The prospects do the ‘dirty work.’
When you get noticed by the members, you want to become a part of the club; you have deemed a prospect. For some time, you work with the members, and you are assigned to do some tasks. You may be given the task to set up the room before a meeting starts. This is called a ‘trial run.’ If you do exactly what you are asked, you will get your vest with the logo, and you will become a full member.
