One group controls one area
If one specific area is claimed by one group, no other group can be in that area. Unless they are driving through it, there is no hanging around or patrolling that spot. The club has rival clubs such as the Outlaws Motorcycle club. If in one area there is a Hells Angels group, no other club can be there.
