The growth of charters in California
Some of the first charters that were formed were all across California. Charters started to pop up in San Francisco, Oakland, Gardena, Fontana, and some other smaller areas. Back then, some charters didn’t even know that others like them spread all across California. In the 50s, many of the groups came together to form the organization, placing rules and criteria for charters.
