Sacred vest
You know someone is a member of the Hells Angels when they are wearing the famous vest with the logo and the club’s name on the back. They consider their vests sacred, and if something bad happens, they will do anything to protect the vest. If one of them gets arrested, the vest is given to another member to keep it while they are in custody. There is one crucial part of the dress code, and that is the vest. Other than that, it varies from charter to charter. Some are allowed to wear only black, while other charters allow blue jeans and camouflage patterns. Charters will have their own dress codes so they can identify one another.
