Becoming a prospect
After some time has passed, the hang-around can ask members if he can become an associate. If they approve, you will attend more meetings and gatherings to prove that you are worthy of the club. The associate can be promoted to being a prospect. Prospects do attend closed meetings, but they do not vote for the club’s business. Members will test prospects to see if they have done their job and promote them to become a full member.
