Maurice “Mom” Boucher
Now, if we talk about Maurice Boucher, he is the opposite of Barger. Known as one of the most notorious presidents of the club history, he has been accused of murder and drug trafficking. He was the president of the Montreal charter when the 8-year-long Quebec Biker War was happening. He is currently serving three life sentences.
