In 1965, American journalist and author Hunter S. Thompson took a closer look at the Hells Angels, which ended up being one of the most memorable and adventurous years for him. He embedded with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club for research and published his first book: Hell’s Angels: The Strange and Terrible Saga of the Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs, and some of the stories he included are pretty wild!
