Peru State College, Nebraska
Many state schools go on to be some of the best in the country. Others? Well, they remain others, and many go to the bottom of the list. Peru State College isn’t the worst one in the United States, but it’s definitely down there and even people in the Cornhusker State know so.

The college has a graduation rate of 36.7% which sounds great based on the statistics we’ve seen so far, but everything changes when you learn that only 11% of the school’s students graduate on time. There is a silver lining, there’s the possibility of earning a median salary of$37,500 within 6 years of graduating.
